Fire retardant plywood
Our sales offer contains plywood with outer plies made of birch or alder veneers soaked in a fire resistant liquid.
Possibilities of post processing:
- cutting to smaller sizes on panel saws,
- finishing of edges - straight and profiled, drilling, routing - in CNC centres,
- finishing of the plate's edges with tongue and groove.
Main areas of application:
- transport industries, construction as hardwood plywood for flooring.
Offered in sales in following types of gluing:
- exterior with white glue line: on the basis of melamine-urea-phenol-formaldehyde glue, for use in humid conditions (acc. to EN 636, technical class EN 636-2)
- exterior: on the basis of phenol-formaldehyde glue, for use in exterior conditions (acc. to EN 636, technical class EN 636-3)
- fire retardant plywood for use in building industry as hardwood plywood for floorings in reaction to fire classification: „Bfl-s1” with signature of Institute of Building Technology
- film faced retardant plywood defined as plywood for transport industry according to directive 95/28/EC annex IV - research report of Automotive Industry Institute
